Ambition Material's Photo-oxidative Degradation Masterbatch is represented by the G series. This product is made of nano-photosensitizers, thermosensitizers and other main raw materials using a new process developed independently. It has high transparency, enhanced mechanics, good dispersibility, and is non-toxic and harmless. It is specially used in PE and PP degradable plastic products. Plastic products added with photo-oxidative degradation masterbatch can separate free radicals under natural conditions, such as light, oxygen, heat and other composting conditions. It makes the molecular weight of the polymer decrease sharply, the product quickly becomes brittle, and gradually decomposes into small fragments and tiny powders, and finally decomposes into small molecules such as water and carbon dioxide that are harmless to the environment.

Photo-oxidative Degradation Masterbatch can be applied to PE and PP degradable plastics to manufacture disposable daily necessities, packaging bags, shopping bags, kitchen waste bags, tablecloths, garbage bags and disposable environmentally friendly products, as well as various PE films, cast films, injection molding, blown film, sheet blister, foam products and other industries.
Packaging
